Vaultix Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We offer worldwide shipping. Delivery times vary by location:

Malaysia 2–4 business days FREE (orders over RM150) / RM10 flat rate
Singapore 4–7 business days RM20 flat rate
Asia (other) 7–12 business days RM25–RM40 depending on location
International 10–15 business days Calculated at checkout

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, courier delays, or peak seasons.


3. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email.

  • Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear after dispatch.


4. Customs & Import Duties

  • International customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties applicable in their country.

  • Vaultix is not responsible for delays caused by customs processes.


5. Delayed or Lost Shipments

  • If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at support@vaultixx.co.

  • We will work with the courier to resolve any shipping issues.

  • Vaultix is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.


6. Changes to Shipping Information

  • If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.

  • We cannot guarantee address changes after this window.
