At Vaultixx, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day free return policy and a 60-day product guarantee.

1. 30-Day Free Returns

  • You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • Returns are free of charge for eligible items.

  • To qualify for a free return:

    • The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags intact.

    • You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt).

  • To initiate a return, please visit our Contact Page and select “Return Request.”

2. 60-Day Product Guarantee

  • All Vaultixx products are covered by a 60-day guarantee against manufacturing defects.

  • If your product shows a defect within 60 days of delivery (not caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear), we will replace it or issue a full refund.

  • Proof of defect (clear photos or video) is required for review.

3. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

4. Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Products damaged due to misuse, accidents, or modifications.

  • Clearance or final sale items (unless defective).

5. Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original for a refund and place a new order.
